We鈥檙e looking for colleagues with experience in conference, business, and / or public service interpreting, strong marketing and IT skills would be a bonus if you have them, to contribute to the work of the ID. The ID Steering group is the driving force behind our Division鈥檚 direction. We hold regular online meetings and collaborate to plan exciting initiatives such as:
- Designing the annual events programme, covering key training and CPD topics
- Securing high-quality guest speakers and presenters
- Organising impactful events for our members
- Reviewing event feedback to continuously improve
- Expanding our social media presence on platforms like InterpNet and the ID Facebook page
- Exploring new technologies and other trends in the interpreting field.
