Statement: I am a London-based freelance translator and academic with 30 years of experience in providing high-end, specialised translations to a range of commercial clients and public institutions. I do regular legal translation work for the European Court of Justice, having been ranked first in the ECJ鈥檚 tender for translation services. I have published 25 books in translation including, recently, a monograph on the Eastern Fronts in the First World War for Cambridge University Press. Between 2010 and 2021 I lectured on the Masters in Specialised Translation at Westminster University.
